The personal data provided by the participant during registration:
Title, first name, last name, date of birth, nationality, street, house number, postcode, city, country, telephone number, email address, route length, average speed, team name, club are collected, processed, used and stored for the purpose of carrying out and managing the event. The participant's name, first name, year of birth, gender, club, start number and result (placement and times) are printed or published in all relevant and event-related media (printed materials such as information magazines, announcements and press kits, as well as on the Internet) to display starter and result lists. The above data is passed on to:
1) The medical services that supervise the event, including the purpose of providing medical care to participants on the course and at the finish line 2) Datasport GmbH, Heisinger Strasse 12, D- 87437 Kempten for the purpose of timekeeping, creating the results lists and posting these lists on the Internet 3) Media (e.g. newspapers) to publish the results The participant agrees that he may be informed by the organizer about future race dates and important information about the LechLauf. This information service can be canceled at any time by sending an email to info@lechlauf.at
The right to one's own image:The participant hereby declares his consent to the creation of image, film and sound recordings of himself as part of the above-mentioned event as well as to the use, distribution and publication of photos, film recordings and interviews made in radio, television, print media, books, photo booklets, press kits, photomechanical reproductions (films, digital and analogue video recordings) for an indefinite period of time. The participant has no right to compensation.Right of objection:The participant can object to the publication of his data at any time with effect for the future. The objection can be declared in writing.
